At Lucky Dog Farm, we strive to provide the best for the creatures with whom we share this place— whether domestic or wild. We’ve planted hundreds of wildlife and pollinator plants with a special emphasis on Monarch butterfly habitat. We use rotational grazing for healthy pastures and healthy sheep. We provide the sheep with a variety of pasture and forage, including wild apples from our trees. We love what we do— and it shows in the mouth-watering lamb we produce. We know you’ll love it too!
For Judith, Lucky Dog Farm is the culmination of a life-long dream. She loves tending the sheep, dogs, and horses, and loves sharing her favorite lamb dishes with friends and family.
David is a Forester in his professional life. He brings that knowledge and passion to bear in helping plan the logistics of Lucky Dog Farm, helping the farm interface with our Clover Hill Tree Farm in ways that enrich and strengthen both endeavors.
