Occasionally we have boneless leg of lamb, shanks, ground lamb and stew meat available as individual packages— call or email for availability.
You may reserve a whole or half lamb from the upcoming lamb crop with a 50% deposit. Lambs typically dress out at about 50 lbs. A deposit for a whole lamb is $300; $150 for a half. Deposits are non-refundable unless demand exceeds supply. applies to your restaurant
